Welcome to Mekan, a voice chat application ("Application") operated by Devexa Tech. These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using the Mekan application. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these terms.
Devexa Tech and Mekan enforce the strictest child protection rules, in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and the laws of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish Penal Code Articles 103 and 226, Law No. 5651). We operate a zero-tolerance policy:
- 24/7 Mekan AI Moderation: Mekan operates an automated 24/7 AI moderation system (Mekan AI Moderation System) that continuously inspects voice rooms, chats, and user profiles to prevent child abuse and instantly ban any violations.
- CSAE and Abuse Prohibition: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAE) or any other form of child exploitation, harmful speech, threat, or sexualized content is strictly prohibited.
- Account Suspension & Law Enforcement: In compliance with T.R. laws and store guidelines, any user account violating these rules will be immediately and permanently suspended, and reported to the T.R. General Directorate of Security Cyber Crime Department and relevant international child safety agencies (NCMEC).

1. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Application. Reşit olmayan (under 18) individuals are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, joining rooms, or hosting streams.
2. Code of Conduct and Administration Rights (Penalties & Bans)
Violating community rules in Mekan voice rooms or message boards is strictly prohibited. Platform administrators (Admins) and moderators reserve the absolute and unilateral right, without prior notice and at their sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently suspend (ban) your account, close your rooms, delete your profile, or block your device from accessing the Application if you engage in any of the following:
- Harassing, threatening, insulting, or using profanity/slang against other users.
- Sharing illegal content, promoting gambling, drug abuse, sexually explicit materials, or other illicit substances.
- Conducting political propaganda or engaging in hate speech that disrupts community integrity.
- Defying platform rules, admin/moderator warnings, or disrupting the peace of voice rooms.
3. Virtual Assets (Coins & Diamonds), Self-Gifting and Wallet Restrictions
The administration of Coins, Diamonds, and other virtual assets inside the Mekan platform belongs exclusively to the platform management. To prevent abuse of the platform economy and rules, the following conditions apply:
- Prohibition of Self-Gifting: Sending gifts to yourself using alternative accounts or exploitative methods (self-gifting) is strictly prohibited and blocked by the system.
- Balance Freezing and Reset: The platform management reserves the right to freeze, delete, or reset all Coin and Diamond balances of a user in case of fraudulent transactions, self-gifting violations, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or violating community guidelines.
- Coin Bank (Wallet) Suspension: The platform management reserves the right to restrict, freeze, or permanently close the Coin Bank features (buying, selling, transferring, or withdrawing) of any user **at any time, without explanation and without prior notice**. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be paid to the user.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, sound effects, animations, source codes, and visual assets within the Application belong exclusively to Devexa Tech. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Damages
Mekan and Devexa Tech shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for user-generated text or voice communications, broadcasts in rooms, or transactions. The platform management limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The user irrevocably agrees, declares, and undertakes that they cannot claim any rights, receivables, or compensation if their account or Coin Bank access is restricted or closed due to rule violations.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When updates occur, they will be posted on this page.
