Devexa Tech maintains full sensitivity regarding the protection of child data and the prevention of child exploitation in accordance with Turkish laws and international conventions:
- 24/7 Mekan AI Moderation: Mekan employs an automated 24/7 AI moderation system (Mekan AI Moderation System) that continuously inspects voice rooms, profiles, and chats to secure child safety and enforce zero-tolerance behavior.
- Compliance with Turkish Laws: The provisions of the Turkish Penal Code (Articles 103 and 226) and Law No. 5651 are fully enforced to protect child safety on our platform.
- Age Restrictions: Our Application is strictly closed to individuals under the age of 18. Personal data belonging to minors is not knowingly processed.
- Legal Mandatory Reporting: Any data (messages, voice streams, profiles) indicating child abuse or CSAE will be immediately preserved and reported to the T.R. General Directorate of Security Cyber Crime Department, BTK, and international agencies (NCMEC).

Within the scope of your use of the Application, the following personal data is processed:
- Identity and Profile Details: Your username, email address, profile picture, age, and gender.
- Device and Connection Details: IP address, device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Communication and Moderation Details: Live voice streams (processed temporarily in real-time to prevent policy violations) and direct message metadata.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To provide Application services and fulfill the user agreement.
- To prevent security breaches, fraud, and child abuse.
- To comply with statutory legal obligations.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, and international child protection organizations (NCMEC) in the event of a suspected child safety violation or legal mandate.
